By placing an order you accept the following terms and conditions of trade.

Delivery Guarantee

We give our customers a 100% delivery guarantee. If a parcel is lost we will replace it. If a parcel arrives broken, we ask for a photo of the broken item(s) and a notification of the breakage within 7 days after the arrival of your box.

Legal Drinking Age

By placing an order you declare that you are over the legal drinking age of your state, region, or country.

Import of Ordered Products

Before placing an order, the buyer must be familiar with whether it is legal to import the ordered products. Registration and declaration of any custom charges and fees abroad are the responsibility of the addressee / buyer.

Payments

Major Credit Cards accepted, such as: Mastercard and VISA. Currency exchange is automated and based on the current daily rate. We do not ship goods "COD - Cash on Delivery".

Refund Policy

Orders can be canceled within seven days of the contract, or seven days of receipt of the ordered products (whichever is the longer). Shipping and handling expenses are the responsibility of the buyer and these costs will be subtracted from the refund payment.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a package is undeliverable and returned, only the costs for the products will be refunded. The costs for the return shipment credited.

Lost Packages

Packages are insured up to a value of 500 Euro. In the unfortunate case of a lost package, please contact us right away and we will start tracking with the carrier. Please see our Shipping rates page to find the expected delivery time by destination country.

General

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German Courts in relation to any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or your use of the Website and/or the Website Service.
