Sapphire Absinthe is a Swiss bleue produced by Claude-Alain Bugnon and is another fine example of the quality of his absinthe. The flavour is smooth - almost floral - and naturally sweet, with a generous wormwood and fennel flavour.
Sapphire Absinthe is part of a growing "Diamond Line" of high quality absinthes from Artemisia-Bugnon.

We recommend 4 or 5 parts water with Sapphire.
