In case of a lost package we can start a tracking with the shipping company. Packages shipped Courier are 100% trackable and we can send a tracking number upon request. If a package is undeliverable and returned, only the costs for the products are refunded and the costs for the return shipment credited.

We cannot ship to PO Box addresses - please provide a valid shipping address as a signature is required when your package arrives.
We suggest ordering 2 - 4 bottles as this will reduce your shipping costs per bottle. Maximum order limit is 6 bottles per box. If you would like to place a larger order, please contact us.
FYI: 1 bottle -- including packaging -- has a weight of 1.6 - 1.9 kg, and so 3 bottles = approx. 4 - 5 kg.
