Philippe Lasala is a pale green, old recipe, absinthe from Spain and one of the best value absinthes in the shop. Like many Spanish absinthes (absentas), Lasala has a distinct citrus flavour and aroma (from melissa), but also has its fair share of wormwood, fennel and green anise.
Naturally coloured and sugar-free, Lasala is a refreshing absinthe with a flavour good for those new or experienced with absinthe.
