Product Description
Created by Claude-Alain Bugnon specifically to participate in the French Absinthiades in Pontarlier, this recipe didn't settle for simply participating, but rather took home the Golden Spoon award in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
Recette Marianne is a bit bolder and spicier in flavour than the original La Clandestine, but the personality is still unmistakeably of the La Clandestine family of absinthes. You'll notice more melissa and peppermint and subdued fennel.
None of the family of La Clandestine absinthes have any added artificial colour. All are 100% natural. All are distilled.
