Absinthe-Shop has been around for years, but in the early autumn of 2009 Jen and Neil Dixon took the helm and rebuilt the shop from the ground up. The Dixons are an American/British married couple and absinthe enthusiasts. Fuelled by a passion for absinthe and using experience from existing web careers, Absinthe-Shop has been reborn.
